To start a subscription, email hello@pristinegaze.ca or call +1 416 865 3849 and tell us which report, bundle or membership you want. We will confirm the price, take your details and set up your access by hand — there is no online checkout yet. If you are not sure which subscription fits, say what you invest in and roughly how closely you follow the market, and we will tell you honestly which one suits you and whether none of them does.

Call us on +1 416 865 3849, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time. Outside those hours, email is the fastest way to reach us and we aim to respond within one business day.

Every page has a "Chat with us" button in the corner. It answers common questions about pricing, subscriptions and how we work straight away, and you can ask for a person at any point. We take your name, email and phone before the chat starts so nothing is lost if we get cut off. During office hours a member of our team picks these up directly. Outside those hours treat it as leaving a message rather than a conversation — nobody is watching overnight or at weekends, and we will reply by email or phone on the next business day. The chat answers questions about the business only; it never gives investment advice or discusses a specific holding.

We operate Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time. Email sent outside these hours is logged and answered the next business day. We do not handle inquiries on Canadian statutory holidays.

If you are asking about a specific report or position, include the report name and the date you read it. If you are asking about a payment or refund, include the email address associated with the subscription.
